Utilities Customer Service

The City of Bradenton provides utility billing services to approximately 15,000 customers. We are here to provide courteous, responsive, quality service to our customers by creating a respectful, positive, and enjoyable work environment. Patrons will be greeted promptly, pleasantly and courteously, whether on the phone, in e-mail or in person at City Hall.
