Building and Permitting Division

Thank you for your interest in the Building Division at the City of Bradenton. Here you will find information to guide you through the building, permitting, review and inspection processes.

The City is currently using GoPost to accept and process building permits. Please use the link below to submit your plans. Starting in November 2024, the City will be using Accela to process permits. Permits starting in GoPost will continue in that process until completed.
