City of Bradenton Announces Upcoming Vacancy for Ward 3 Council Seat
Applications Accepted Through July 9, 2025

                                                                                 

BRADENTON, FL – The City of Bradenton is accepting resumes and statements of interest to fill the upcoming vacancy for the Ward 3 seat on the Bradenton City Council. The seat will become officially vacant on July 7, 2025.

 

Qualified residents who are interested in being considered for appointment must submit a resume and a brief statement of interest to: cityclerk@cityofbradenton.com by Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must:

  • Reside in Ward 3 (home address must be provided)
  • Be registered to vote in the City of Bradenton
  • Submit both a resume and a statement of interest by the deadline

The individual selected will serve the remainder of the current term, which runs through January 2027.
