Bill Payment & Account Management
Utility accounts are billed once a month and are due within 20 days of the billing date. In order to prevent interruption of service and to avoid a 10% late fee, payments should be made by the due date printed on the bill. Utility deposits are not transferable between accounts and will be credited to the proper account upon closure of that account or after 24 months of on-time payment history.
The City of Bradenton offers numerous options for paying your city utility bill:

- Online - Pay online by credit card or eCheck
- Direct Debit - Sign up to pay directly from your bank account.
- Amscot - Pay at any Florida Amscot location (Amscot will charge customers a $1.50 fee for this service)
- Walmart - Establish a Walmart Bill Pay Account on the Walmart App or in a Walmart store, and have account number to make a payment.
- Mail check or money order with bill and/or account number to:
