Purchasing
The City of Bradenton Purchasing Division assists all City departments in the management of procurement of all goods and services throughout the City, including construction and professional services. Some of its major duties include the preparation of bid specifications, competitive sealed bidding, contract administration, and the acquisition and disposal of obsolete and surplus material.
The Purchasing Division also manages the City’s Central Warehouse. This includes the stores of materials for Public Works, Fire, and Police.
